High blood pressure (hypertension)
High blood pressure (hypertension) results from increased resistance to flow. This may be because vessels are narrowed or because the blood is more viscous than normal. Increased cardiac output does not cause sustained hypertension, but can produce a transient rise. Emotional stresses of all kinds are reflected in the blood pressure. Excitement, agitation or annoyance stimulates sympathetic nervous activity, which accelerates the heart and contracts arteriolar muscle, both of which effects cause hypertension. A heated argument can raise blood pressure to as much as 240 mm (systolic)/130 mm (diastolic) - normal values are 120/80.

Section 2 Delivery
Time is of the essence in the performance of this order by Seller. If Seller fails to make delivery within the time specified, Buyer shall have the right to cancel this order and return any partial shipment previously made at Seller's expense. In the event that Seller makes early delivery, Buyer may, at its option, either retain the goods received or return them to the Seller at Seller's expense; if retained, time for payment and discount shall be based on the scheduled delivery date. In the event that Seller cannot meet the scheduled delivery date, or has failed to deliver on schedule, Seller shall ship by expedited means at Seller's expense. Seller shall not be liable for delay in delivery as a result of causes beyond Seller's control, provided that Seller promptly notifies Buyer of the events which result in the delay.
